What started as a women’s leadership movement has evolved into something much bigger.

After more than 13 years in the GCC, building communities, scaling ventures, curating opportunities, and working closely with founders, leaders, and organisations across the region, WILD Group felt like the natural next step.

Today, WILD Group supports founders, leaders, family offices, and organisations to Enter, Lead and Scale across the Middle East and Africa.

Bringing together strategic advisory, leadership, market entry, visibility, and a trusted ecosystem of partners across branding, PR, legal, finance, media, and strategic collaborations, WILD Group helps clients move faster, gain traction, and access the right support at the right time.

The WILD Journey & Evolution

WILD was never part of a grand plan.

After moving to the UAE, I built a successful corporate career across the region, whilst also experiencing firsthand the realities many ambitious women face in the workplace, from difficult environments and unfair treatment to moments of self-doubt and questioning my own voice. Those experiences shaped me.

They taught me the importance of confidence, visibility, leadership, and being surrounded by the right people.

In 2018, with just $300 and a big vision, I launched WILD (Women in Leadership Deliver).

At the time, I simply wanted to create the kind of community, conversations, and opportunities I wished had existed earlier in my own career, a space where women could connect, learn, be inspired, and step into leadership with greater confidence.

What started as a passion project quickly grew into one of the region’s recognised leadership communities.

Over the years, WILD has brought together thousands of women through leadership programmes, executive coaching, workshops, events, partnerships, and meaningful conversations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC.

In 2022, WILD became the first external women’s leadership network to launch in Saudi Arabia, something I remain incredibly proud of.

Along the way came opportunities I could never have imagined, speaking at the United Nations in Riyadh, moderating important conversations, supporting organisations, scaling ventures, building trusted relationships, and working closely with founders, leaders, and organisations across the region.

Like any founder journey, there have been highs, failures, lessons, pivots, uncertainty, and moments where I questioned everything.

But if there is one thing I have learned, it is this:

Relationships matter. Visibility matters. Leadership matters. Meaningful things take time to build.

Somewhere along the way, the work evolved.

As relationships deepened and trust grew, founders, senior leaders, family offices, and organisations increasingly came to me for support beyond leadership, whether that was visibility, market entry, founder positioning, investor readiness, hiring, or simply having the right conversations with the right people.

WILD Group is the natural evolution of all of that.

Having spoken and moderated across conferences, leadership summits, law firms, corporate events, executive roundtables, investor summits, private dinners, invitation-only experiences, and founder communities across the GCC, Emma brings energy, regional insight, and thoughtful facilitation to every room.

Emma is equally experienced moderating large stages, intimate leadership conversations, investor roundtables, and high-trust environments, including select family office and NDA led engagements.
